PRESS: Rostec to alter UAC managing structure
MOSCOW, Apr 4 (PRIME) -- United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), part of Russian state industrial corporation Rostec, has developed a plan to optimize its managing structure to reduce the number of directors, vice presidents and divisions from May 1, Kommersant business daily reported late on Wednesday citing sources.
“The structural analysis of the company’s operations has uncovered an excessive number of directors at various levels,” a representative of Rostec said.
Earlier this year, Rostec CEO Sergei Chemezov said that UAC was not in a good shape and needed 240–250 billion rubles of additional funds.
